This is a vintage side table?featuring a magazine rack?from Maruni Wood Industry (Maruni), one of Japan’s premier, long-established furniture manufacturers. It combines a compact, flat tabletop with a lower section featuring a sophisticated woven rattan mesh magazine rack (ideal for storing newspapers, magazines, and books); the original "Maruni" brand plate remains intact on the lower front. With its beautiful combination of rich, deep-toned wood and woven rattan, this exquisite piece instantly creates an atmosphere of refined elegance when placed beside a sofa or bed.

The items we handle are extremely old.
While we clean, repair, and repaint them after receiving them, no item is perfect.
These items are not suitable for those seeking new items or those who are overly particular.
We would appreciate it if only those who appreciate the value of "wabi-sabi" and "old folk art" would purchase them.
