A treadle sewing machine table from the Columbia brand. This is a truly exceptional piece, featuring substantial, beautifully crafted cast-iron legs with an arabesque pattern, paired with a warm wooden tabletop and side drawers (four in total). It is designed with a folding (butterfly-style) tabletop that expands the workspace when opened. Whether repurposed as a flat-topped desk or console table by removing the sewing machine unit, or used with the original tabletop cover in place, it is a popular choice for use as a retail display fixture or a workspace desk. [Note: The sewing machine mechanism itself is not included.]

The items we handle are extremely old.
While we clean, repair, and repaint them after receiving them, no item is perfect.
These items are not suitable for those seeking new items or those who are overly particular.
We would appreciate it if only those who appreciate the value of "wabi-sabi" and "old folk art" would purchase them.
