This is a small chest of drawers from Sendai Tansu, which boasts a high level of history and elegance, with the ink writing of ``1910'' remaining. The front is luxuriously made of high-quality zelkova wood with a deep, strong wood grain that stands out beautifully. The deep luster of the lacquer and the heavy yet delicate hammered and round metal fittings that are unique to Sendai tansu create a wonderful harmony.
