A decorative cabinet made of black persimmon wood, exuding a weathered, wabi-sabi aesthetic. There is an inscription in ink from the Taisho era at the back of the drawer. The sliding doors are missing, and there are signs of warping and repair. It was a wonderful era when "black persimmon," now considered a luxury material, was used so lavishly.
