【商品説明】古民具 火消道具 消火遺物「龍吐水」りゅうどすい 明治時代。 江戸時代後期から明治時代にかけて使用された、手押し式の小型消防ポンプです。木製の箱に水を溜め、ポンプの腕木（ハンドル）を上下に動かすことで、水を噴射できる古道具です。その放水する様子が龍が水を吐くように見えることと、水神様にまつわることから通称名となりました。
